Refunds & Cancellations Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our refund and cancellation policy below before buying.
1. Digital Products
Our products are digital downloads (3D design/print files) and digital course content delivered instantly after payment. Because the files/content become accessible to you immediately, we do not offer refunds once the file has been downloaded or the content has been accessed, except as described below.
2. Eligible for Refund
- You were charged but did not receive access to the product due to a technical error on our end.
- The file delivered is corrupted, unusable, or significantly different from what was described on the product page.
In such cases, contact us within 48 hours of purchase at tamilstudiouo@gamil.com or +91 80726 38087 with your order details, and we will investigate and either fix the issue, provide a replacement file, or issue a refund.
3. Order Cancellation
Since digital products are delivered instantly, orders cannot be cancelled once payment is successful and the file/content has been made available.
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
